To remove these blockages we use crystals to support the healing process. Other Peruvian shamanic healing modalities are also available. Such as the Despacho ceremony. Releasing fear with the assistance of Mother earth through breath work and grounding. Despacho is a traditional ceremony in Peru where shamans stage a ritual to help them establish harmony between heaven and earth. A despacho is an expression of love that reminds us we are all interconnected and all cells of Mother Earth and of the universe. The despacho offers us an opportunity to shift energy between situations or individuals by offering gratitude, reciprocity and reverence to Mother Earth (Pachamama) and the universe. It is a way to intertwine ordinary and non-ordinary realms; to establish balance.
